Veltrix’s main factory is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and we offer free shipping across the entire Kingdom.

This applies to orders valued at 300 SAR or more, including promotional prices.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed. This may vary depending on local delivery routes, seasonal conditions, and peak periods.

All our products are carefully packaged with safety in mind to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, no matter the shipping conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day free return policy, meaning you can return any of our products within 15 days for a full refund.

Every order also comes with a full 2-year warranty. If anything breaks or malfunctions with your goods within 24 months, we’ll make it right.
